Upon receiving a valid copyright complaint, we will:

Provide a copy of your notice to the alleged infringer (excluding your personal contact details unless required by law)
Misrepresentation Warning
Please note: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly misrepresents material or activity as infringing may be liable for damages. Additionally, copyright holders are expected to evaluate whether the content qualifies as fair use before submitting a takedown request (see: Lenz v. Universal, 572 F. Supp. 2d 1150, 1155 [2008]).
